While employers wait for the imminent issuance of proposed Fair Labor Standards Act white-collar regulations, they can take some steps to prepare. Lee Schreter, chairman of the board with Littler in Atlanta, said she's hearing the proposed regulations will be issued in March, although she added that they haven't been sent yet to the Office of Management and Budget.
