Reform Online Lending Praises Action by FTC to Uncover Telemarketing Abuses

Mark Curry, founder of Reform Online Lending , today praised the Federal Trade Commission for taking action against several debt relief companies for violations of the Telemarketing Sales Rule. "The Federal Trade Commission should be commended for actively enforcing the Telemarketing Sales Rule and identifying debt relief companies who mislead consumers with advertisements that break the law and telemarketing that deceives the public," Curry said.
