MalacaA ang hopes Congress will pass this year 18 priority measures, among them the proposed Freedom of Information Act and the Bangsamoro Basic Law. For economic development and trade, the President's priority bills in 2015 are the Build-Operate-Transfer, Road Right of Way for government Infrastructure Projects, amendments to the Cabotage Law applicable to the shipping industry, Rationalization of Fiscal Incentives, Rationalization of the Mining Fiscal Regime, Tax Incentives Management and Transparency Act, Antitrust Act, National Land Use Act, and the Strategic Trade Management Act.
