Former Atlanta Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran has filed a federal religious discrimination complaint after being fired for a self-published book containing controversial statements about homosexuality. The complaint filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleges the city of Atlanta is in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
