City: Almost everything in fired fire chief's EEOC complaint 'patently false'

Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed 's office says ex-Atlanta Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran isn't exactly truthful in his complaint filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission . In fact, the city says, almost everything in the complaint is "patently false."
