Shoe company DSW will shell out $900,000 to former employees as a result of an age discrimination lawsuit. According to the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago District Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission accused DSW of unfairly firing workers over the age of 40. The EEOC said that DSW even "retaliated against employees who refused to fire other workers based on their age."
