VA scandal: 3 whistleblowers settle complaints they were punished

Dr. Katherine Mitchell said she could no longer keep quiet about deficiencies at the Phoenix VA hospital even it meant putting her career in jeopardy. On Monday, officials announced that Mitchell and two other settled their whistleblower suits.
