Luzerne County Community College will receive $1.8 million from $450 million in job-driven training grants earmarked for nearly 270 community colleges across the country. Vice President Joe Biden announced Monday the recipients of Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training grants, which are co-administered by the U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of Education.
