WASHINGTON More than $450 million in grants will be distributed around the country in the final round of a four-year, nearly $2 billion job-training program centered on community colleges, Vice President Joe Biden announced Sunday. Massasoit Community College received $7.6 million to lead a consortium of 15 schools focused on job-related training in science, technology, engineering, and math.
