A Mascotte utility department employee became the sixth person to sue her employer last week after the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ruled there is "reasonable cause" to believe managers harassed her because she is black. Alana Wilson, who filed a complaint in June and won the EEOC ruling Oct. 2, is still working for the city but she now says officials are retaliating by watching her with a digital security camera and microphone, said her lawyer, Derek Schroth of Eustis.
