Parking spaces are available for those who drive, but for the many veterans who take public transportation, the most direct route to the clinic is the Coaster train, and the VA doesn't offer a shuttle service to take veterans the half-mile distance from the Sorrento Valley station to the clinic. No bus goes there directly from the station.
