A Rhode Island restaurant chain must pay more than $100,000 to 32 employees after a federal investigation of its seven locations revealed the company had failed to pay overtime. The U.S. Department of Labor announced Tuesday that Cilantro Mexican Grill did not pay cooks and servers the legally mandated time-and-a-half rate when they worked more than 40 hours a week.
