Albany region's unemployment rate drops in February

The Albany metro had the second-lowest unemployment rate in New York in February, according to data released from the state Department of Labor. Unemployment in the Albany-Schenectady-Troy area was 5.1 percent in February, down from 6.1 percent during the same month last year.
