An Iowa woman went to the United States Supreme Court hoping to find justice in a sex discrimination lawsuit against her employer who terminated her job because she's a breastfeeding mom. Instead of a ruling in her favor, the Supreme Court rejected her petition to overrun the trial court's decision that included the amusing finding "that breastfeeding-related firings aren't sexist because men can lactate, too After giving birth to her second child prematurely in May 2010, Angela Ames returned to her job as a loss-mitigation specialist at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co.
