How 2014's wage recovery numbers compared to years past

New York paid $30 million to workers in 2014 who did not receive minimum wage, overtime pay or fringe benefits. The $30.2 million figure is a record for the state, a 35 percent increase compared with 2013, when $23 million was paid in recovered wages, according to the state Department of Labor.
