North Carolina regulators say it could be months before they complete their investigation into the cause of a deadly scaffolding collapse at a construction site. State Department of Labor spokesman Neal O'Briant said Tuesday it might take up to six months to finish the agency's review of Monday's accident at a downtown Raleigh high-rise called Charter Square.
