DOL Secretary Tells Congress New FLSA Regulations Are Delayed, Outlines Department Priorities

Last week, Secretary of Labor Thomas Perez testified during a hearing held by the House Education and Workforce Committee to discuss President Obama's budget proposal for the Department of Labor.
