Workers in Florida filed the second-highest amount of discrimination charges in the nation against their employers during the 2014 fiscal year, according to data released this week from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission . Workers in Texas filed the most discrimination charges in the U.S., at 8,035 complaints, and California followed Florida, with 6,363 complaints.
