The column that says the U.S. Department of Labor believes that the entire city of Bridgeton is at-risk and that he why they have given a $1 million grant to Pathstone to help 125 14- to 24-year-olds who have brushed the juvenile justice system. The program will serve the entire City of Bridgeton, two census tracks in Millville and one in Vineland.
