Seasonally unadjusted unemployment rates down in Massachusetts

A report from the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistic counts unadjusted unemployment rates. The report excludes those who don't work certain seasons, such as construction workers during the winter or teachers during the summer.
