Rankin chancery judges order funding of new courthouse

After The Clarion-Ledger reported on an emergency order filed Tuesday by Rankin County Chancery Court Judges mandating the construction of a new Chancery Court Courthouse, the court issued a modified order Thursday afternoon. The updated document asks that the paragraph in the original order about Rankin County's funding of a possible Flowood conference center be redacted.
