Mayor flattens paving method's future

Oil and stone treatment will not be used again on city streets for the duration of Gloversville Mayor Dayton King's term, he said. According to a Facebook entry Saturday, King said he evaluated road conditions after the use of the oil and stone treatment on several city roads and determined the method would not be used again.
