Kroger sued over job harassment of clerk

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has sued Kroger for sexual harassment of a female clerk by an older worker in a North Little Rock store. The harassment began when she was hired at 15 and continued for several years, the suit said in a news release posted by KARK.
