Judge orders Kepharts to pay back 401(k) money

The former owners of a now-defunct Bigler trucking company have been ordered to pay back money to a 401 plan. According to a press release from the U.S. Department of Labor, Timothy and David Kephart, former owners of Kephart Trucking, owe more than $230,000.
