Hamilton man among two construction workers pleading guilty to lying on tax returns

Carl J. Corso, 59, of Hamilton also pleaded guilty to engaging in a mail fraud scheme to defraud the state through unemployment compensation benefits, while Joseph Carsillo, 46, of East Hanover pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud. According to Acting U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman, both men underreported wages earned from Chimento Companies - three comingled companies specializing in commercial masonry and concrete work.
