Flagler College Community Lecture Series event to focus on environment, globalization

Associate Professor of Political Science Dr. Arthur Vanden Houten continues Flagler College's Community Lecture Series on Oct. 14 with "The Rights of Citizens and the Struggle for the Environment in the Age of Globalization." Vanden Houten earned his Ph.D. in Political Science and his M.A. in International Relations from the University of South Carolina.
