Feds: AIT's Evans 'unjustly enriched' himself in sale to employees

Just three months before the parent company of AIT Laboratories was sold in 2009 to its employees for $90 million, it was appraised for $17.1 million, according to a lawsuit filed by the U.S. Department of Labor.
