Sixteen people are charged with fraud after lying to receive unemployment benefits from their former employer, Keebler Company, in Kansas City, Kan. A news release from U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom's office said each of the defendants has been indicted on charges that they received unemployment benefits because they submitted false reports to the Kansas Department of Labor.
