The federal government has sued a Los Angeles call-center company for pervasive sexual harassment and for retaliating against employees who complained. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed the lawsuit Wednesday in federal court against VXI Global Solutions to bar the behavior and compensate employees who were harassed.
