THE Department of Trade and Industry , Regional Tripartite and Wage Productivity Board , and Department of Labor in Northern Mindanao will hold Diskwento Caravan at Gaston Park near St. Agustin Cathedral, Cagayan de Oro City on September 14-15 from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. This bazaar or flea type market is a treat to all workers and other consumers to be able to buy basic goods and commodities/consumer products such as rice, meat, vegetables and fruits, canned goods, soap, shampoos, coffee, hotdogs and many other products at discounted or low prices. The discounts start at 10 percent up or dealers' price.
