The final Harkin Steak Fry attracted a historic crowd of about 7,000 people who flocked to Indianola to pay tribute to Sen. Tom Harkin. Democratic supporters attended the final Harkin Steak Fry at the Indianola Balloon Fields, where the number of attendees has only been outdone in 2007.
