Arlington company sued by government for firing pregnant women

An Arlington pharmaceutical supply company is being sued by the federal government for civil rights violations following the firing of two female employees because they were pregnant. The owner of Pharmacy Solutions, a compounding pharmacy, allegedly made inappropriate comments and then terminated pharmacist Arian Lemon and technician Emilee Stephens after he discovered they were pregnant, according to a lawsuit filed Monday in Dallas federal court by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
