Fifty-one years ago today, the Ku Klux Klan exploded a bomb in Birmingham's 16th Street Baptist Church .The explosion killed four little girls. The act of domestic terrorism further ignited the civil rights movement and boosted support for passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
