"Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community" was the thought-provoking title of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s final manuscript in 1967. It was an assessment of where the country stood in terms of race relations more than a decade after the start of the Civil Rights Movement and three years after the passing of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
