Pennsylvania unemployment rises again

The unemployment rate rose in Pennsylvania in August to 7.7 percent from 7.5 percent in July as the number of people who were working dropped by 26,000 from July to August, according to the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics.
