In Edmonson, Third Circuit Affirms Summary Judgment for Insurer in Retained Asset Account Case

In Edmonson v. Lincoln National Life Insurance Company , No. 12-1581, 2013 WL 4007553 , the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit affirmed summary judgment for the defendant insurance company in one of the many cases challenging the use in group insurance benefit plans of retained asset accounts.
