OSHA cites Georgia Power cited for 17 violations, $119,000 fine possible

Georgia Power Company's Plant Bowen has been cited for 17 serious safety violations by the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration following the April 2013 explosion of a generator that occurred during a maintenance shutdown at the Cartersville plan t.
