Woman urges families to investigate insurance after son is left with severe brain injury

A woman, whose son suffered a severe brain injury after falling from Newcastle's post office six years ago, is urging Hunter families to think hard about insurance. Ben Parkinson was 23-years-old when he and some friends climbed through an unlocked window of the derelict building in Hunter Street, in December 2008.
