Representatives from the U.S. Department of Justice will be in Ocean Springs next week to discuss with city officials the settlement of damages arising from the Psycamore mental health clinic case. Mayor Connie Moran confirmed Monday that USDOJ officials would be in Ocean Springs to meet with her, along with city attorneys and possibly some members of the board of aldermen, which voted 5-1 in November 2011 to deny a permit to allow Psycamore to operate on a commercially-zoned property abutting a residential neighborhood.
