Mesick candidate is suing school board to which she seeks election

A candidate running for election to the board of Mesick Consolidated Schools is suing the school board she hopes to be elected to, but said she will recuse herself from discussion or decisions on the suit if she is elected. Nancy Gabier and her husband, Craig Gabier, are plaintiffs in the suit.
