A Clark County grand jury indicted a man on attempted murder charges who is accused of shooting a lawyer in the chest a few weeks ago outside the Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers office on Rancho Drive. Leonard Sullivan, who remains in custody in the Clark County Detention Center, is due in court Nov. 5. Bail was set at $500,000.
