Report: Montville's hands mostly tied when it comes to economy

The message from data gathered for this year's Community Profile Report is that trends in Montville are largely beyond the town's control, according to Town Planner Marcia Vlaun. The report reveals an aging population, declining school enrollment and an unemployment rate mirroring that of the state, declining over the past year.
