Less than 2 percent of Texas Roadhouse front-of-house employees over 40, lawsuit alleges

An U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigation into Texas Roadhouse Inc. allegedly found that more than 98 percent of the steakhouse chain's employees are under the age of 40, according to documents related to a federal lawsuit. In 2011, the EEOC sued Louisville-based Texas Roadhouse in U.S. District Court in Massachusetts, claiming the company practiced age discrimination.
