ADA compliance lawsuit puts the pressure on civic center expansion project

The city of Rapid City could be facing a lawsuit from the Department of Justice. The pending lawsuit stems from the concern of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center.
