Proposed laws would fight theft of public funds

Proposed laws to protect whistleblowers and to make stealing public funds more difficult will be introduced in the General Assembly next year. Attorney General Greg Zoeller on Friday presented the package of proposed legislation drafted by a Public Integrity Coalition created this year to battle local corruption.
