Last month, Brentwood developer Tim Reynolds - who purchased 30 Music Square West, the building housing historic RCA Studio A - released reports his Bravo Development commissioned from structural, electrical and mechanical engineers detailing a state of dilapidation and deferred maintenance that would make preserving the 51-year-old, 20,000-foot structure financially unfeasible. Today, the Save Studio A coalition, a group of local preservationists bent on, well, saving 30 Music Square West, released its own findings in a report on the state of the building .
