Lehigh Valley vo-techs preparing for high-tech manufacturing jobs

The vo-tech shut down the program for a year, brought in a new instructor and began replacing its equipment. Now in its second year after the overhaul, the reset seems to have worked: the program is expected to have almost 50 students enrolled come November.
