Hawaii officials investigate firm headed by executive with ties to 2011 fireworks explosion case

Hawaii officials are investigating Hawaii-based Delta Environmental Technical, a company headed by Charles Donaldson , who is facing charges related to a fireworks explosion in a storage bunker in April 2011 that killed five men. William Kuntsman , spokesman for the Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, confirmed the latest investigation to PBN.
