EEOC Sues Massage Envy Spa Franchise for Pregnancy Discrimination

CCR Wellness Investments, LLC, d/b/a Massage Envy, violated federal law when it terminated a female employee because she was pregnant, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charged in a lawsuit filed today.
