Orlando marks civil-rights anniversary Monday with ceremony at City Hall

Orlando will mark the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 on Monday in the City Hall Rotunda with speeches, song and an exhibit featuring Central Florida people who fought for freedoms enshrined in the landmark legislation.
